1 avocado peeled and sliced

100 g smoked tofu, sliced

1 clove of garlic, crushed

wholewheat bread or rolls

salt, pepper

1-2 tbsp olive oil

An amazing recipe from the wrapping of smoked tofu! I warmed the oil a bit in a pan with the garlic. Actually, I did not cook it for long- I thought it retains all the goods of the garlic if I don’t heat it much (well, depends, what you want to do after the meal ;-))

I placed the half rolls in the pan (if you like, you could toast them with the garlicy oil). When they were warm, I took them out, scooping some garlic on each, and warmed the tofu slices a bit in the flavoured oil. At the end I layered the avocado and the tofu on the bread, seasoned with salt and pepper. Ideal with sprouts and salad!
