Well, apologies to my Hungarian readers for the non-authentic translation and for simplifying this veganized recipe of it. This ricedish is a fantastic Hungarian winter comfort food.
I had about 1 and a half cups of boiled brown rice left over from the previous night, and I used it to create this delicious lunch in about 10 minutes like this:
I sautéed a small finely chopped onion in some olive oil. I took it away from the heat and added about a tablespoonful of paprika and 150 g seitan cut into small cubes. I fried them for a few minutes, then added the rice and cooked for another few minutes. This is a portion for 2 persons, I think. Pickled gherkins go really well with this dish.
