To make these cookies I use

1 cup whole meal flour

1 tsp baking powder

A pinch of salt

Cinnamon and vanilla sugar

Half a cup or less raw cane sugar (If you eat sugar)

¼ cup oil

1/8 cup or  a bit more water

1 tbsp cacao

3 tbsp or more shredded coconuts

I mix everything well, roll out the dough and make shapes. Then preheat the oven really hot and bake each sides for 4 minutes. The original recipe was for chocolate chip cookies, and I have to say, I am really grateful for Denis, who posted it. They are fantastic! I think raisins and nuts would be great too. I guess adding apple juice instead of water or some shredded apples would make it sweet without sugar. I will have to try that version next time.
