This is not only a yummy light dessert, but also a great source of protein and calcium. I found the basic recipe on the wrapping of the tofu and I altered it a bit.
You will need:
200 g tofu
A handful of raisins
1 dl non-diary milk (my favourite is the Coop organic rice and almond milk)
Mix the tofu, the banana and the milk with a hand mixer to get a smooth cream. Add the washed raisins and transfer the dessert into glasses. Next time I will try with mixing cacao powder as well.
